Citizenship pending for 3 years

My wife's mother has her citizenship decision pending for about 3 years now. She does not have any crime record, has 6 children among which 4 of them were born in Finland. 5 of her children are now of adult age. All of them including her husband has Finnish citizenship. Migri has no answer for this delay and gets rude when asked for the reason. This is the ultimate case of negligence and racism.
