Infant without RP after 13 months

Even tough the application was made immediately after birth:

"Hey everyone, my little princess is still without a resident permit and she’s already 13 month old and the application is was made just when she was born on May 2020! That’s just painful for us since my parents are not in good health and we need to plan a trip to go to visit them and be together for a while but how I could plan a trip when my baby doesn’t have even a permit for enter back to country! There’s a phone number as the only contact line for costumers only 3 day a week and only an our from 9am to 10am when most of the times the line is just busy all over this time and you have to give up after one hour trying on the phone!

That’s just disappointing!"
