A software developer from Pakistan had to wait hours in cold temperatures outside the Malmi service point to get a residence permit for his newborn baby. Since there was no appointment available until 31st August, I decided to visit Malmi service point this Friday. The queue was terribly long and people had to wait 3 hours or even longer. The most unfortunate part was , there was no separate queue for people with disabilities and newborns. All were waiting in the same queue in temperature approaching zero for hours that made people super uncomfortable specially the ones with small babies with them. Needless to mention, long application processing times. #ReformMigri
