Losing the chance to permanent residence permits.

I am under job seeker visa till June. I could have gotten my permanent visa this year. Since I have uploaded my documents to the Migri few days later than the normal date, the Migri has considered penalty on our residence permits. The Migri have deleted the whole four years’ time when we were living in Finland and so our residence permit will be expired by June. I have applied many postdoctoral positions in Finland, but all positions have rejected my application.
